I have had a long passion for Real Estate. I started out by buying my first home in 1997 in Carlsbad, CA. A few years later, I purchased my 2nd home and began to understand the power of real estate and investing. Along with being a Special Education Teacher and High School Basketball coach for over 20 years, I continued to educate myself and gain experience as a Real Estate Investor. My first investment strategy was using the BRRRR method in Idaho Falls, and later on, I shifted to mid-term and short-term rentals.


I decided to invest in Short Term Rentals and even started a Short/Mid-Term property management company with my wife, Kimberly. Less than a year later, both Kimberly and I earned our Realtor Licenses, and now we are partner Real Estate Agents in Idaho Falls, ID. Before becoming a Realtor, I was virtually wholesaling throughout the South East United States. My connections with investors and Realtors inspired me to pursue becoming a Realtor myself.


On a personal side, My wife and I enjoy snowmobiling and driving side-by-sides around Island Park, Yellowstone, and other local mountains and trails. We also enjoy skiing at Kelly Canyon, Targhee, & Jackson Hole. We really enjoy being outdoors for hiking, fishing and camping (or sometimes glamping). Our family consists of 4 boys and 2 girls, and they all enjoy the outdoors and beaches on the coasts.


Through our experiences, my passion for real estate continues to grow as I consistently work with and network with Large Multifamily, Storage Unit, and RV Park investors. I have built a strong network of investors as I continue to learn various strategies of real estate investing and build relationships with them. I am determined to follow my passion in Real Estate and use my knowledge to help my clients.


Throughout the years, I have learned many valuable lessons in buying, selling, and investing in homes for friends, family, clients, and myself. I have gained valuable marketing techniques and insights into what it takes to get a home sold quickly and at the best possible price. Top-notch negotiating skills have become one of my strengths in ensuring homes are purchased wisely.


As I learned various techniques and strategies for Real Estate home ownership and investing, my passion to serve my clients has expanded. Both Kimberly and I work diligently to provide amazing service to all of our clients, not only to meet their needs but also to create long-lasting relationships with each one of them. Our desire to find people their dream homes and help them achieve their dreams by building wealth through real estate is evident in how we work personally with every client.
