Hi my name is Lani (say Lonnie) VanderBeek. I started in Real Estate in 1995! I have survived the market ups and downs and learned how to help my clients thrive in all situations. I am an Associate Broker. That means I could open my own company if I wanted and I met all the requirements, both experience and education, to earn that license. I also am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I have had multiple other designations over the years but chose not to continue to pay for the right to use those letters.
I specialize in Residential Real Estate and small acreages, especially horse properties. I am one of the very few Realtors you will run into that understand what to look for with water rights and zoning for animals. I am very well-versed in Manufactured homes and all the things that make them special.
For a time in my youth, my family was homeless. So I am passionate about helping people find the right home, or guiding them through the selling process.
My husband has had Parkinson's for over 20 years now. This gives me a unique and knowledgeable view on helping people with disabled family members or needs for aging in place.
I am not all work. We have 8 children, 24 grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild! We also love horses. We have 3 Paso Finos (a breed of horse) and they keep us busy. It is an awesome combination of grandchildren and horses! Add to that Doberman's (a 3 leg rescue and one with all 4 legs) and a Poodle and you have an idea of my world.
What you need to know is I will work tirelessly for you. I listen. I understand. And I have the patience to deal with whatever your needs are. Looking forward to meeting you!
