How to stay hopeful and have a chance with an under-contract home.
Have you ever fallen in love with a home but given up hope because it was under contract?

Things happen, and sometimes real estate deals fall apart. That is why we believe it is always worth a shot. The steps for trying to get a home that’s under contract are the same as they would be for a home that’s not under contract. First, you figure out the way you’re going to purchase the house beforehand. Then, you put in a regular written offer, just like normal, the only difference is that it is now a backup offer in the second position.

Therefore, a home being under contract does not mean that it is no longer available. We can put a backup offer in and hope for the best because things happen.
