In today’s blog, I’ll answer the increasingly common question from homebuyers, “How long can a seller take to respond to my offer?” Most sellers take 24 to 48 hours to respond to offers, but the time it takes depends on if they have a strategy in place to collect multiple offers. Sometimes a seller might want to wait a few days before responding. Coming in with a strong offer initially may help get a quicker response from the seller.
