Many people have been asking about how long it actually takes to buy a home in today’s market. The process of buying a home typically takes around 30 days from the time you get pre-approved to the day we close on a home. Though it’s typically a 30- to 40-day process, sometimes it can take longer depending on the situation. The process doesn’t take quite as long if you’re buying a home with cash.
