What If I Have to Move Quickly?

For today’s episode of Real Estate Talk, I have the big wigs of the Anderson Hicks Group with me: Mike and Shawn! They’re the leaders, the heavy swingers, the foremen, Los Presidentes, the big cheeses, the number ones! Moving on though...
Hypothetical question: What if I’m offered a lucrative Hollywood contract with J.J. Abrams and they want me to go to L.A. immediately? I’ll need to buy a new house in Tinseltown. What do I do with my current home?
As Mike and Shawn explain, one of the options they have available is the Instant Offer Program, AKA the “Close on Friday” option (as stated in the video). They can give you an offer price, have money in the bank for you by Friday, then you’re on your way to California, and you don’t have to worry about your house (continuing, of course, our hypothetical Hollywood scenario).
What if I don’t end up buying a property in Los Angeles? Can I keep that money? They’re quick to explain that, when they give me the money, I’m trading it directly for my house (drats, I thought I’d tricked them).
If you need to get out of your house fast, come to AHG.
This option is called an instant offer, and they’re taking the property as is; you’re just packing up and leaving. Then they take it from there and handle everything from fixing it up, to marketing it, to finally selling it.
Some of the benefits are that you don’t have to worry about people walking through your home, and you don’t have to fret about preparing it for sale, staging it, or cleaning it. You have options: They can do their premier marketing that will fetch you top dollar, or they have this option that gets you out of the house quickly.
So, if you need to get out of your home fast, come to AHG and they’ll take care of it for you. They guarantee it.
If you have further questions about the instant offer program or anything concerning real estate, reach out to the Anderson Hicks Group via phone or email. They would love to help you.
