A few clients recently asked us if they should even use an agent when buying a new construction home. Yes, we strongly recommend it. The construction company is going to use their in-house agent to represent them. They know that the process involves in-depth contracts and agreements and want to make sure they're protected.

An agent will represent you, look out for your best interests throughout the whole transaction, and hold the seller or builder accountable for those agreements and contracts. Additionally, the seller or the construction company will be paying that buyer agent’s fee, so it comes at no cost to you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you.
