Moreover, our website also links with our app, which is a handy tool for house hunting on the go. Once you pick an agent, they can see the properties you’ve viewed and liked and use this information to refine your search criteria.
3. Look for FSBOs. A good agent will also look for properties that are for sale by owners. They will network with other agents within their office and the community to find properties not yet on the market. This gives you access to properties that are not available to the public, giving you an edge in finding your dream home.
