To help understand how our Guaranteed Sale Program works, suppose that you already own a house that is, for whatever reason, not the house that you want to spend the rest of your life living in. Also, suppose that you find another house down the street that is beautiful and that you’d love to live in. The issue is that everyone else in the market also has eyes on that house. If, for some reason, we don’t sell it, we’ll make an offer on your current home ourselves at an agreed-upon purchase price, and then we’ll simply buy it from you.
