What Can You Expect a Home Inspector to Do?
Oftentimes, buyers and sellers aren’t sure what exactly a home inspection entails, so here's what you can expect during the inspection process (para español, mira el video de arriba):
As Suzie explains it best, an inspector will come to your home to take note of its condition. For example, they will check your ceiling and foundation, making sure they’re still secure. They will also check the wiring and plumbing. However, an inspector will not know whether the carpet is a good color or whether the colors in the kitchen match. An agent’s market expertise will be needed for that part.
